We are Annie and Paul and we would like to offer you a beautiful and comfortable room just steps from this award winning seafront, in an iconic seaside town.
This includes a king size bed with quality linen, private ensuite luxury bathroom, nespresso machine in room and breakfast included depending on your preferences.
Both of us, and Teddy too (our small hypoallergenic poodle), are excited to welcome you to our family!
Frinton on Sea has so much to offer – lazy beach days, coastal walks and a variety of independent shops and eateries on Connaught Avenue.

Check in time is typically from 3pm on the first day of your booking, with check out time 11am on your final day. Both times can be flexible to suit your requirements depending on circumstances and availability. In certain cases it’s also possible to book the entire B&B for your stay. Frinton-on-Sea is a seaside town, fifteen miles from the historic town of Colchester on the Essex coast. It is famous for its greensward, soft sandy beaches, beach huts and avenues along with wonderful tennis, cricket and golf clubs, not forgetting the summer theatre.
Connaught Avenue, once described as the ‘Bond Street of East Anglia’ has wonderful independent shops with a butcher, fishmonger, bakers and ice-cream shop, among household names such as Co-Op, Sainsbury’s, Costa, Greggs and Boots the chemist.
