Our bed and breakfast is fairly unique in that we offer a one night booking when required.
Yes, our bed and breakfast accepts well behaved and house trained dogs. This is restricted to bookings of the downstairs room only
There is ample room for two cars on the driveway, off of the road. There is also free on-road parking close by.
Yes, we now have EV charging for your vehicles. After your stay you’ll be ready to go without the need of finding a local charging station.
Our bed and breakfast is approximately a five minute gentle stroll from Frinton’s beautiful sandy beaches.
We have no restrictions with regards to your time here, though we do ask that you exercise a little consideration for other guests and our neighbours as you come and go.
We offer a breakfast consisting of high quality foods. This may include home-made bread, Greek yoghurts, home-made granola, seasonal fruit, followed by eggs with either bacon or smoked salmon. If you have any special dietary requests, please let us know and we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs.
We offer complimentary high speed internet throughout our bed and breakfast.
Yes, each room has a television with an Amazon Fire Stick, allowing you to keep up with your favourite shows.
Yes, each room is equipped with tea and coffee making facilities.
Yes, you can bring your own food and we will set aside some space in our fridge. You may also order in takeaways from the local eateries and we will provide plates and cutlery.
Yes, Frinton Tennis Club is a short stroll away.

The room was perfect, really quiet with super comfortable bed and quality linen etc. Good size TV with channels like Netflix, so one evening was able to watch a film we wouldn’t otherwise have seen. Amazing bathroom. We had a fantastic breakfast and the hosts were superb. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.
